A few things people ask

Subscriptions that start before the 15th of the month ship that same month. After the 15th, your first envelope ships the following month. You'll get a confirmation email when it's on its way.
Yes — cancel any time from your account, no questions asked. If you cancel before the 1st of the month your next charge won't go through. Envelopes already shipped are non-refundable.
Yes! International shipping is available for a small additional fee added at checkout. Please allow a little extra time for delivery — snail mail lives up to its name across borders.
Everyone receives the same illustration each month — but each envelope is hand-addressed and the story note is personal. The seasonal extras may vary slightly depending on what's available that month.
